Hale Lanui Description

Hale Lanui is located across the street from the ocean and has sweeping unobstructed views of the ocean and sunsets. This two story 2700 SF home is located on a residential street and has a swimming pool (lots of beach towels) and Jacuzzi for total enjoyment. There are outdoor areas to enjoy both sun or shade.
There are 4 bedrooms with king beds in two (one upstairs bedroom and one downstairs bedroom), two bedrooms have long boy twins which can be made up as kings if desired. There is a queen sofa bed which will provide additional bedding if needed. We list the house for 8 but with the sofa bed it will sleep 10.
3 large bathrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs, great open kitchen with lots of cookware, dishes and appliances. Sub Zero refrigerator in the kitchen and an additional refrigerator in the mud/pool room. There are two washers,one dryer, clothesline and the outdoor dining area will seat 12 nicely. Chaise lounges are by the pool and also on the upper deck for your enjoyment.
Flat screen TV in the living room and one in the upstairs game room. A/C in every bedroom and ceiling fans throughout. Maid service is provided before and after your stay. Local and long distance calls within the US and Canada are no charge. There is a safe located on each level of the home to place valuable items in and the home has a security system. Secured cable WiFi connection is provided.
Hale Lanui is located within 5 minutes of a sandy beach, 5 minute walk to Starbucks and 10 minute walk to the Foodland grocery store. A wonderful Farmer's Market with fresh produce is located 2 blocks away the the library is within walking distance also.
The onsite manager lives in the small home on the street and greets you on arrival to share with you all of the amenities and features of Hale Lanui and is available during your stay, if needed.
Provided are all cleaning supplies, soaps , laundry detergent and paper products. The spice cabinet is very complete if you enjoy cooking.
South Maui, the area where Hale Lanui is located has golf, tennis (public courts next door at the Kalama Park), whale watching, in season, water sports and walking.
