Gardenia Suite is a one bedroom, 1.5 bath unit located on the first floor towards the back of the house. This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a private lanai. The bedroom has a queen bed, air conditioning, and a private ensuite half bathroom. In the living room there is also air conditioning and a sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 children under the age of 12.  Internet is slow and spotty in this area.

Rent the entire house for family reunions and small groups, or rent one- or two-bedroom suites, perfect for couples and families. Kaiholo Hale, with Spanish tile floors and teak furniture, has 5 bedrooms, 6 1/2 bathrooms with double showers, fully-equipped modern kitchen, and living rooms with large TVs, DVD players, and CD stereos. Four of the bedrooms have king-size beds and one a queen-size bed with sleeper futons in the living rooms. Each unit has a private lanai for barbecuing, sunning, and watching the stars. Parking for up to eight cars (three covered, five uncovered) and laundry facilities are provided, two washers and two dryers.
