The great room is an oversized communal gathering space with a 60 inch HD television, digital cable, ipod dock with surround sound speaker system, and HD DVR. There are two seating areas. One faces the television alcove that is shaded with Italian faux pearl paint. The other cocktail and conversation area faces the enormous ocean view. For dining, enjoy the round indoor table that seats six, 2 additional bar stools at the granite counter that overlooks the kitchen, or at the solid butterscotch color teak table in the kitchen. The alfresco veranda has a stainless Viking gas grill, a double reclining padded chaise lounge, and a six to eight person outdoor dining table.

There is a Bosch Tassimo T-disc espresso and coffee maker, a 2nd traditional drip coffee maker, wine fridge, 2 beverage drawers, double freezer doors, an oversized Sub-Zero fridge, built-in microwave, convection range, Bosch dishwasher, and a ceramic glass Ceran cooktop. For those who enjoy cooking fresh food, the kitchen offers every type of small appliance along with a quality array of glassware, plate-ware, and service ware.
