Sitting oceanfront between the Wailea Marriott and Andaz hotels in Wailea, Maui. (Note: although the property is oceanfront, many units are located back from the ocean). This property is walking distance to all of the hotels, shops and beaches of Wailea.
Where’s the beach?
Ulua Beach sits at the front of Wailea Elua. This is a lovely, golden beach, with a rock outcropping to one end. These is great snorkeling next to the rocks.
There is public access to Ulua Beach and this can be a popular beach for families.
Property Description
Wailea Elua covers 18 acres, sloping downhill to Ulua Beach. The condos closest to the ocean (prime oceanfront units) are set back approximately 50 yards from the beach (as shown in the photos). The Wailea walking path passes along the front of the property between these prime oceanfront units and the beach. One note when selecting a unit, the property classifies all of the units in the lower half of the property as oceanfront, even though many are not close to the ocean. Some of the better views are from the units at the top of the property (or those farthest from the ocean), as they sit on a little ridge of land.
Wailea Elua is a gated condo property, and one of the more upscale vacation condos in Wailea. It offers convenient access to all of the hotels, shops and beaches of Wailea.
Wailea Elua has 152 Units in 25 two story buildings.
One, two and three bedroom units with garden, ocean view, or ocean front settings.
The grounds feature a two swimming pools (one with beach pavilion), hot-tub, paddle tennis court, and putting green.
MAINTENANCE: Owners may remodel their units between the Monday after Easter, up to the Friday before Thanksgiving. If you plan to visit between April and November, please check with us. We usually have advance notice, but sometimes plans are formulated quickly, and there’s little opportunity to notify our guests.
